ManTech U.S. Navy Combat Systems Program Manager in Washington, District Of Columbia

ManTech is seeking a Program Manager to Lead our US Navy IWS operations contract in the Washington, DC area. In this role you will oversee the combat system modernization efforts on US Navy ships.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or technical field with Fifteen (15) years of US Navy Surface Ship Combat Systems experience or a minimum of twenty five (25) years of relevant experience in leu of a degree.

  • Program Management experience running a large support services contract with subcontractors

  • Extensive experience in Operations and design acquisitions

  • Experience working on DoD systems architectures, design, development, and test and evaluation;

  • Experience in concept definition, requirements definition and initial and detailed system design activities

Desired Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or DAWIA III in Program Management

  • Experience with cost, schedule and performance management as it relates to program execution

  • Certified SCRUM Master or Project Management Institute (PMI) Agile Certified Practitioner

  • Foreign Military Sales Familiarity

  • Financial Management

Clearance Requirements:

  • Current and Active secret security clearance.
