ManTech Data Analyst in Washington, District Of Columbia

Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Data Analyst to join our team in the Washington, DC area. This is a Hybrid position and will require physical presence at the Washington Navy Yard approximately 2-3 days per week.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Develop software tool architecture and data flows between software tools to support analysis of energy use in the U.S. Navy

  • Analyze solution space to data flow paths and techniques

  • Make recommendations for optimum technical approaches and solutions

  • Apply and integrate statistical, mathematical, and predictive modeling skills to manage and manipulate complex, high-volume data from a variety of sources

  • Build reporting tools and data visualization dashboards

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s of Science in Computer Science, Data Science, or similar from an ABET-accredited college or university.

  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience with query creation, data import, and data export; two (2) years in tandem with SQL and Power BI experience; 1 year of experience with Ontologies

  • Demonstrated use of the following tools including query creation, data import, and data export.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working within U.S. Navy computing infrastructure

  • Experience working with Advana/Jupiter

  • Experience working with Cameo Systems Modeler

  • Experience working in a SCIF.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance prior to starting this position.

Physical Requirements:

  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

  • Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual.

  • Ability to travel to Washington Navy Yard as needed

The projected compensation range for this position is $79,300-$133,100. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it’s employees beyond just compensation.
