ManTech S&W Material Manager (OCONUS) in United States
The Sense & Warn (S&W) Equipment Sustainment Manager (ESM) is the point of contact (POC) for sustainment, life-cycle, and equipment replacement management of all equipment that comprises the S&W system. The ESM will research new technologies and provide life-cycle planning strategies in support of the S&W program. The S&W ESM must be fully familiar with S&W equipment and operations in order to define U.S. Department of State S&W requirements to other government agencies (OGA), original equipment manufacturers (OEM), and Department of Defense (DoD) stakeholders. Use Diplomatic Security work management system (currently CMMS/ILMS) to track and manage assets and other materials. Work with other technical teammates to input and process Bills of Material and Purchase Requests using the Diplomatic Security work management system, and route them for approval.
Must have a current US Government SECRET Personnel Security Clearance. Must be eligible for and able to obtain and maintain required Security Clearance/access approvals.
Five years technical and related experience in the field of coordination and technical support for modern communication systems. Minimum of two (2) years hands-on work experience with Sense and Warn equipment and or systems.
Position requires self-motivation and the ability to work effectively under minimal supervision. Must demonstrate the ability to interact with all levels of an organization in a professional, diplomatic, and tactful manner. Must demonstrate a good attitude and ability to work as a member of a cohesive team. Must be able to multi-task efficiently, work in a fast paced environment on multiple projects, and have strong attention to detail. Must possess excellent writing and verbal skills. Must be proficient with Microsoft Windows operating systems and office automation software (e.g., Microsoft Office, SharePoint).
Must be able to obtain a DoS Medical clearance within 45 days of start and maintain it throughout employment. May be required to travel OCONUS to conduct asset management. OCONUS travel may include critical threat locations around the world with austere living conditions. Domestic travel may be required for training and program coordination.
