ManTech Scrum Master- Data Migrations in United States

The Department of the Air Force (DAF) is in the midst of a wholescale transformation effort aimed at delivering a force that is ready to meet the challenges of the 21st century. DAF is transforming elements of all phases of its human resource management (HRM) life cycle to meet their people demands.

ManTech will ensure that the DAF’s business processes and supporting information technology platforms fully empower DAF personnel and Guardians to maximize their abilities. Your work on the DTD team will help transform data and enterprise architectures, consolidate and modernize platforms, and integrate AI into human capital business processes.

Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Scrum Master- Data Migrations to join our team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manage large data teams involved with mining, migration, modeling, and integration of data across different platforms such as Informatica, AWS Cloud and related systems.

  • Responsible for the entire project lifecycle (initiate, plan, execute, control, close).

  • Plan, staff, budget, and direct project(s) to ensure the timely delivery of contractual commitments to customers.

  • Cross-Team and cross-functional collaboration experience

  • Supervisory responsibilities may include program/project staffing, resource management, and performance management.

  • Gather pre-implementation and post-implementation facts (from customers) to contribute to the documentation of Business Cases and ROI for Past Performance write-ups.

  • Reports project status and outcomes to leadership.

  • Effectively coordinates risks and opportunities to leadership.

  • Obtains customer validation of outcomes achieved and ROI delivered.

  • Documents Past Performance write-ups.

  • Responsible for identification and capture of organic growth opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Engineering, Mathematics, or Business

  • 5+ years of relevant experience as a Scrum Master and 2+ years of relevant experience with Data Migrations solutions

  • Must have held a scrum master position in an Agile Framework and Development Project(s).

  • Must be able to manage priorities and manage risk associated with delivery sprints

  • Scrum Master Certification (CSM-Certified Scrum Master, PSM- Professional Scrum Master, SSM- SAFe Scrum Master)

  • CAPM certification - Certified Associate in Project Management

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must be a US Citizenship and able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time with occasional travel.

The projected compensation range for this position is $84,900-$141,100. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it’s employees beyond just compensation.
