ManTech Logistics and Configuration Management Analyst in United States

Seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Logistics and Configuration Management Analyst to join our Sea-Based X-Band (SBX) Radar Mission Integration Team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

The selected candidate will provide Logistics and CM support aboard the SBX while at sea on a rotational basis. Rotations can range from 75-90 days, followed by up to 60 days off

  • Plan, direct & coordinate the Mission Integration logistics and configuration management activities aboard SBX

  • Perform periodic inventories of all consumables, spares and repair parts, and maintain status and deficiency records

  • Track and coordinate asset movement for install, testing, and disposition. Ensure proper packaging, handling, storage and transportation of Non-BMDS Electronic spares, materials and consumables

  • Manage and maintain property management system. Receives shipments, inspects deliveries, identifies nonconforming shipments, places parts into inventory, performs inventory audits and makes recommendations for process and inventory changes

  • Initiate DD1149’s, tracks shipments, and package shipments for transportation. Coordinate with vendors, OEM support contractors, procurement representatives

  • Responsible for CM processes and procedures for Mission Integration Team

  • Conduct physical and functional configuration audits for Mission Integration CM controlled items

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Naval logistics, configuration management or maintenance management

  • Experience with logistics, quality, and configuration management functions

  • Experience working in confined spaces

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience performing in a deployed remote work environment for extended periods of time

  • Experience working in a maritime environment

Security Requirements:

  • US Citizen and an Active Secret clearance

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to pass and maintain the physical requirements of a modified maritime physical

  • Must be able to balance, bend, lift up to 35 pounds, crouch, stretch, and kneel

  • Must be able to climb up to 10 flights of stairs regularly

  • Must be able to work at high altitudes

The projected compensation range for this position is $69,000-$114,500. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
