ManTech Journeyman Change Control Analyst in United States

Currently, we are seeking a motivated, career and team-oriented Change Control Analyst in support of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) Continuous Diagnostic & Mitigation (CDM) Data Services Program. The CDM Data Services Program is a critical component of CISA’s national effort to ensure the defense and resilience of cyberspace. This is a remote position where the candidate can work from any location within the United States provided, they are able to work on an eastern time zone schedule.

The CDM Data Services Program mission is to provide a standardized platform to collect, transform, and integrate cybersecurity data from relevant authoritative data sources into a coherent data, delivering actionable information into Agency and Federal Dashboards to identify risk areas in support of mitigation as well as to facilitate coordinated agency and national response to cyber-threats.

Responsibilities, but not limited to:

  • Perform all key functions for the facilitation, execution and reporting of all change control practices both internally and externally with Federal Agencies

  • Maintain the change control processes and procedures within the Change Management Plan to support both internal and external change control.

  • Engage internal and external stakeholders throughout the change process to ensure compliance and comprehensive communications related to all upcoming changes.

  • Facilitate internal Change Control Board (iCCB) meetings including agenda development, report generation and change review/disposition process

  • Submit changes and perform key liaison tasks following defined Federal Agency processes to ensure changes are represented and approved in Federal Agency CCB meetings.

  • Review/manage changes for internal test lab environments and manage changes throughout the change lifecycle.

  • Conduct change tracking, status accounting and audits.

  • Generate and evaluate change management metrics.

  • Support creation of contract deliverables and change control project artifacts.

  • Support training efforts as required – provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.

Basic Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree

  • A minimum of (4) years of demonstrated change management related experience

  • Experience with Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) change management tools (i.e., Service Now, JIRA, Remedy)

  • Experience in areas of release management, project planning and audit.

  • Experience working with Federal Agency CCBs

  • Knowledge of IT systems management, particularly Systems Engineering Life Cycles (SELC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

  • Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile development methodologies as well as ITIL/ITSM experience

  • Effective oral and written communication skills with customer, technical, and management personnel

  • Must possess a self-starter mentality and be an effective problem-solver.

  • Ability to work as part of a team and work independently.

  • Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills

  • Extensive Experience with Microsoft Office (including MS Office Suite, Visio, and MS Project)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ITIL v4 certification

  • Security+ certification

  • Experience with Jira, ServiceNow and SharePoint

  • Experience with configuration, requirements, incident, and problem management.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must be a U.S. citizen

  • Able to obtain and maintain a DHS Suitability/Entry on Duty (EOD)

  • Active Secret or Top-Secret clearance desired

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time

  • Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel

  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer

  • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations

  • The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
