ManTech S&W Rapid Deployment Radar Technician- CONUS in Sterling, Virginia
ManTech International Corporation is looking to hire experienced personnel to support our U.S. Government Agency customer in multiple locations CONUS or OCONUS. This position will require the chosen candidate to currently possess an active DOD – SECRET Security Clearance.
LOCATION : Varied CONUS and OCONUS locations.
The qualified candidate will look to work closely within a team environment. They must be able to demonstrate the ability to articulate well, be extremely tactful and reserved when in communication with all levels of leadership and will be assigned multiple complex projects that will directly impact their program by managing projects from start to finish.

The Sense & Warn (S&W) Rapid Deployment Field Service Representative (FSR) is the point of contact (POC) for operations and maintenance of the S&W rapid deployment kit. The S&W Rapid Deployment FSR will be fully capable of configuring, initializing, administering, operating and deploying all S&W rapid deployment equipment in preparation for world wide deployment.
Must have a current US Government SECRET Personnel Security Clearance. Must be eligible for and able to obtain and maintain required Security Clearance/access approvals.
Seven years of job-related experience or equivalent. Previous experience serving in an S&W cell, tactical operation center, or base defense operations centers. S&W Experience in Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom preferred. Electronic or Network Technical training beyond high school. Graduate of the any military command and control systems administrator course, networking course, Advanced or Warrant Officer Command and Control systems administrator courses are desired. Experience maintaining the Sense and Warn Command and Control, WAVES, and Network systems required. Must be knowledgeable, experienced, and capable of performing administration, maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and employment of wireless and local area networks and command and control systems.
Position requires self-motivation and the ability to work effectively under minimal supervision. Must demonstrate the ability to interact with all levels of an organization in a professional, diplomatic, and tactful manner. Must demonstrate a good attitude and ability to work as a member of a cohesive team. Must be able to multi-task efficiently, work in a fast paced environment on multiple projects, and have strong attention to detail. Must possess excellent writing and verbal skills. Must be proficient with Microsoft Windows operating systems and office automation software (e.g., Microsoft Office, SharePoint).
May be required to travel OCONUS to conduct installation, training or maintenance at diplomatic facilities. OCONUS travel may include critical threat locations around the world with austere living conditions. Domestic travel may be required for training and program coordination. Must be able to obtain Department of State Class 1 Medical Clearance. Must have a valid US Passport.
Requires Bachelor s degree or equivalent, and two to four years of related experience.
