Become an integral part of a diverse team in the Mission, Cyber and Intelligence Solutions (MCIS) Group. Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, mission oriented Program Manager in the Quantico, VA area, with strong Customer relationships. At ManTech, you will help protect our national security while working on innovative projects that offer opportunities for advancement.
The MCIS Division provides cyber solutions to a wide range of Defense and Intelligence Community customers. This division consists of a team of technical leaders that deliver advanced technical solutions to government organizations. Our customers have high standards, are technically adept, and use our products daily to support their mission of protecting national security. Our contributions to our customer s success is driving our growth.
Responsible for the performance of a relatively significant program or multiple smaller programs in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures and guidelines.
Oversees the technology development and/or application, marketing, and resource allocation within program client base.
Program area typically represents more than three functional areas such as engineering, systems analysis, quality control and administration.
Responsible for acquiring follow-on business associated with assigned programs and for supporting new business development by leading proposals.
The candidate must have a minimum of 15 years related work experience in relevant positions of increasing scope and responsibility. This includes responsibility for all financial control, i.e. P&L, budget process, forecasting, etc.
Must have exceptional customer interface skills to assist in the retention and enhancement of our product portfolio.
Must have provided professional services in the development of solutions in at least two or more of the following: Intelligence Operations, Computer Network Operations/Computer Network Exploitation (CNO/CNE), Program Management, Agile Software Development, Information Technology, or System Engineering, commercial product sales, for the DOD and/or Intelligence Agencies, with a proven track record of significant growth in revenue and profit.
Must be a strong and agile leader with proven ability to work effectively across functional groups of the organization.
Must have a Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field. A Masters in a similar field would be a plus
