ManTech is seeking a Network Intelligence Engineer in Herndon, VA . As a Network Intelligence Engineer on our team, you will directly impact our nation’s security by providing a foundation for Analysts and Senior Leaders to effectively manage cyber risk and threat response.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Manage and serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for the customer's network discovery tool to include user and vendor engagement

• Utilize customer network discovery tools to proactively collect key cyber data at scale to understand the topology of the customer networks

• Configure, optimize, and maintain the tool's deployment to expand its visibility

• Perform troubleshooting into possible bugs and issues and validate vendor fixes

• Operate, configure, and maintain a tool that provides key data, situational awareness, and insights about our customer's enterprise-scale networks

• Ensure the safety of information systems assets and protect systems from intentional or inadvertent access or threats

• Plan and execute on ideas to improve the coverage and quality of the deployment to enable successful cyber risk management in a large customer environment

Basic Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience with NMAP or other network discovery tools

• Experience with networking protocols and network methodology

• Experience with Application-level security controls

• Active/current TS/SCI with polygraph clearance

Preferred Q ualifications:

• Experience writing scripts in Python, Bash, or PowerShell

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or other closely related Information Technology field of study

• Experience with penetration testing (pen testing)

• Experience with Cloud Infrastructure Technology

• Experience building automation between tools and systems

• Experience with using researchandanalytics to solve problems

• Experience with briefing technical and non-technical audiences
