ManTech Project Support in Hanover, Maryland
Responsible for the coordination and supervision of a specific technical task or function. Ensures all activities are carried out in accordance with specific objectives. This position does not include supervision of employees. Responsible for day-to-day coordination and administration of tasks by ensuring quality and productivity standards are maintained. Coordinates with customers and other contract and subcontract personnel to ensure work moves smoothly from one functional area to another. Maintains record of changes in instructions and ensures all team members are informed of changes. Responds to client requests and questions. Requires working in two different locations about 20 minutes apart.
· Managing purchases for the customer ensuring that the customer and project processes are followed for approvals and meeting acquisition security requirements. Requires communication and coordination with a variety of customers, project managers and PMO staff.
· Inventory management for small devices. Includes configuration, configuration management, storage, inventory and tracking of devices, purchasing, and handling check-in and check-out processes.

· Microsoft Excel
Requires Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent, and two to four years of related experience.
