ManTech Logistician (Hybrid) in Altadena, California

ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Logistician to join our team in Altadena, CA! This is a hybrid position .

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Work and support processing of all hardware procurement orders and some special custom orders

  • Assists in shipping/receiving discrepancies and manages shipment status of hardware orders

  • Work and manage all procurement/quotes for hardware orders and invoices for hardware repairs

  • Supports and received hardware integrations utilizing multiple platforms

  • Process all tickets via ServiceNow

  • Works with all hardware vendors and supports the Supply Chan Manager as required

  • Assists as the main backup in IT Catalog support

  • Manages updates of all new equipment descriptions/information

  • Supports the customer’s End User Technology Advisory Board (ETAB) regarding new equipment specifications and reviews by providing analysis, reporting, and slides for monthly ETAB presentations

  • Be the asset owner for all accessories and tracks Road Maps for accessory products and supply/demand

  • Keeps up on all End of Life equipment and works in collaboration with management to provide new hardware options

  • Supports the Max Vending machine Planogram and transfer orders as required

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of direct related experience

  • Highschool Diploma OR 4+ years of relevant experience

  • Knowledge of and ability to proficiently use MS, M365 including Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a related field

  • ServiceNow experience

  • Logistics/Inventory management experience

Clearance Requirements:

  • U.S. citizenship

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance

Physical Requirements:

  • Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing/walking/Talking and must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.

  • Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one work site to another.

  • The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

  • Requires frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers.

  • Communicating with others to exchange information.

  • Working with computers.

  • Must be able to lift and move hardware weighing up to 50 pounds.

The projected compensation range for this position is $60,700-$100,300. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
