ManTech Operations Research Analyst - Journeyman in Aberdeen Proving, Maryland
The Operations Research Analyst - Journeyman is a part of a group that performs assignments which include a wide variety of tasks in one or several phases of an operations research study such as collection, reduction and analysis of data, and documentation where these tasks typically require the application of various steps of one or more established procedures and methods and techniques (i.e., mathematical, statistical, programming, empirical) 0E some complexity such as difficult calculations 0E comparability determinations. In accomplishing these assignments, incumbent becomes familiar with the subject matter of the study and, as required, the use of computers. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Makes limited judgments relating to assigned work such as identifying sources of data or prescribing format for data collection: ascertaining the utility of information for the specific techniques, being used; and making minor adaptations in techniques or methods.
High school diploma or GED equivalent and minimum of three (3) years related experience. Military service can be substituted/utilized as related experience.
