Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented CNO Infrastructure SME to join our team in San Antonio, TX, in support of the Air Force’s Unified Platform (UP) program. This is a hybrid work position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Serve as CNO Infrastructure SME for UP and responsible for compute and storage resources, data/message transport, and the software development environment that enables rapid development and integration of applications, analytics, visualizations, and capabilities at speed and scale.

  • SME for the design and implementation of complex IT information systems (e.g., DevSecOps platforms).

  • Oversee technical requirements and the development of the conceptual and detailed design of the UP Cloud-based IT environment.

  • Work in cooperation with the DevSecOps Platform Product Line Manager, the UP Infrastructure Lead Engineer, and the Pipeline Services SMEs to design, develop, and update a DevSecOps Platform in accordance with the Department of Defense (DoD) DevSecOps Reference Design and in support of the UP continuous Authorization to Operate (cATO).

  • Work in cooperation with the Pipeline Services Product Line Manager and the UP Infrastructure Lead Engineer to develop an overall architecture and implementation plan for Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines compatible with DoD DevSecOps Reference Design and the UP cATO.

  • Work with stakeholders and customers to achieve a Certificate to Field (CtF) for software built by tenant application teams.

  • Design and prepare technical reports and related documentation such as charts and graphs to record and present results.

  • Explain complex issues to others in a manner that facilitates informed decision making.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

  • Minimum seven (7) years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining cloud- native information systems.

  • Minimum five (5) years of experience leading the design and development of DevSecOps platforms.

  • Experience with GitOps, AWS Console and Command Line Interface (CLI), Kubernetes, Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS) Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Configuration as Code (CaC), CI/CD pipelines, and application containers.

  • Experience supervising technical personnel.

  • Experience with technical requirements analysis, dependency resolution, risk management, task tracking, and schedule management.

  • Experience interfacing with customer leadership, user community members, and teams of software developers.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience working within a DoD organization.

  • Experience with DoD DevSecOps Reference Architecture and Guidelines

  • Experience with a Cyber component of the Joint Cyber Warfighting Architecture (JCWA).

  • Experience with Big Data Platforms.

  • Experience with cATO and CtF processes.

  • Experience with Team Topologies concepts, team organization, and interaction modes.

  • Experience with conflict resolution and team building.

  • Ability to professionally communicate verbally and in writing to present technical details to audiences of varying technical depth.

  • Certification in cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) security, administration, architecture.

Clearance Requirements:

  • US Citizenship required

  • Minimum TS/SCI-eligible clearance required

Physical Requirements:

The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.

The projected compensation range for this position is $122,600-$204,200. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
